Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details and for the team members you invite into your account.
Subscriptions and trials
Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial that requires no payment details. Paid plans renew until cancelled from Billing.
Acceptable use
GrowReview must not be used to mislead customers, gate or suppress reviews, or offer incentives in exchange for public reviews.
Review platform compliance
You remain responsible for complying with the policies of any review platform you connect, including Google Business Profile.
Customer data
You own the feedback collected through your account. GrowReview processes it on your behalf and does not sell it.
Availability
We aim for high availability and publish incidents on the status page. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your data stays exportable until you delete it or the retention window ends.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be communicated by email before they take effect.
